Just tilt, or a small amount of tilt as well to maximise depth of field? I've never used such a beastie, but I'm sure it's great fun!
Sorry - that should have said: Just SHIFT, or a small amount of TILT...I need another cup of coffee...
Should have been just Shift but there appears to be an out-of-focus plane just left of centre so maybe a bit of tilt too. You must borrow it sometime
